Registration of .COM.CN/.NET.CN/ORG.CN
As you may know from various different Press-releases NeuStar Inc., the
registry for the American .US Domain has entered a partnership with the
China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) to manage and administer
the Chinese Top-Level-Domain .CN (http://www.neustar.com.cn). Key-Systems
GmbH is proud to announce that we received the accredited registrar status
for domain registrations beneath COM.CN, NET.CN and ORG.CN this morning. As
we would like to pass this opportunity on to our RSPs we have already
prepared the respective Appendix for .CN Domain Registrations (Appendix R.).

.BIZ Registrations are now available for one year
As you may have already noticed through the RRPproxy .BIZ Domains can now be registered for time periods between 1 and 10 years instead of 2 - 10 years.

Direct-Socket-User's Manual
After Key-Systems GmbH had completed the first step of developing and implementing a new Web-Interface for the RRPproxy, we are now proud to announce that User's Manual for the Direct-Socket-Access tool has been completed. The Direct-Socket-Access is needed for the automation of registration services.
When logging into your account through the RRPproxy you will see a link to the direct-socket-access at the bottom of the page. The respective User's Manual can be downloaded under http://registrar.rrpproxy.net. Additionally we would like to draw your attention to Chapter V. of the User's Manual EVENT LIST. Within this chapter you will see that you have far more possibilities now of monitoring your incoming and outgoing transfers.

dot UK - me.UK
Key-Systems GmbH recently added .UK Domains to the RRPproxy (Appendix Q.). Under the Topl-Level-Domain UK you can register co.UK Domains targeted at companies, org.UK Domains for Organisations or me.UK Domains meant for individuals, who would like to have a personalized Internet presence. All registrations under .UK are for 2 years. This also accounts for the renewal of these domains. For those of you who have already faxed us the signed appendix for UK Domains the new zone me.UK has automatically been added to your MREG-Account. This means that you can immediately start me.uk Domains registrations.

.BE Domain-Transfers
Key-Systems GmbH has implemented the possibility of transfering a .BE Domain from one registrar to another. When you transfer a .BE Domain from one registrar to another the registration period starts from the beginning as soon as the transfer is successful. Please note that after the transfer has been initated the Admin-C (DNS.BE Licensee) of the Domain will receive an email from DNS.BE asking for transfer-confirmation. The transfer confirmation must take place within 7 days of receipt of email. Please note that transfers are only processed by DNS.BE during office hours. The costs for the domains transfer is equal to a new registration (this only accounts for successful transfers).

New RRPproxy Webinterface
Key-Systems has finalized the new WebInterface and is proud to announce the launch of this new innovative tool. You will still have the possibility of accessing the "Old" Interface should this be the one you prefer.
The new Interface has been divided into various known sections such as Domain Admin, NameServer Admin, Contact Admin, Query List, Tools, FTP-Login, Registrar and FAQ (FAQ is still inactive). Furthermore we offer the possibility of a "Direct Socket Access". This tool however should only be used by professionals.
Within the next weeks to come we will be introducing a User's Manual, a Direct Socket Access Manual, a Financial/Reports section (where you will be able to see various transactions, modifications, ...etc.), FAQ's, ...etc.

Key-Systems has added a further ccTLD to the RRPproxy. The ccTLD .UK
(co.UK and org.UK) is now avaibale and you can start registering .co.UK and
org.UK Domains for your customers as soon as you have faxed us the signed
Appendix Q to +49 6826 - 52 41 71. The Appendix can be located and

Promotional pricing for .FM Domains
The official Registry for .FM Domains BRS Media Inc. has introduced a
promotional price for all .FM Domain Registrations until October 30th 2002.
As an accredited Registrar of BRS Media Inc. Key-Systems would like to take
this advantage and pass the promotional price on to its RSPs. Please note that this price reduction
only lasts until October 30th 2002, 13:00 CET.

New ccTLD dot AT, or.AT & co.AT
Key-Systems would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have
released a new ccTLD for the RRPproxy, .AT, co.AT & or.AT (Appendix O).
The ccTLD .AT is the country code Top-Level-Domain of Austria. The
official Registry is nic.at "Internet Verwaltungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H.".

The gTLD .NAME is added to the RRPproxyThe gTLD .NAME operated by the official Registry, Global Name Registry Ltd. (GNR) located in London (http://www.gnr.name) has been added to the RRPproxy, enabling RSPs to register .NAME Domains for their customers along with the respective email-address. E.g. www.First.Last.NAME and the email-address first@last.NAME.
Key-Systems GmbH decided only to offer .NAME Domain Registrations and .NAME Email registrations as a package and not separately at this point in time. In the near future Key-Systems will however offer the possibility of registering the Domain and the respective Email separately.
Furthermore Key-Systems has extended their marketing section for the RSP'S allowing them to download .NAME banners and promotional sales sheets which were passed on to Key-Systems by GNR.

INFO & .BIZ Domain TransfersNumerous RSPs have been experiencing difficulties with dot INFO & dot BIZ Domain Transfers. Please note that you can only transfer a dot BIZ or dot INFO Domain with a valid "Authorization Code". If a INFO or BIZ Domain is transferred from another Registrar to a RSP of Key-Systems GmbH, then the Authorization Code must be supplied to the registrant of the respective domain by the current registrar. By identifying a correct Auth.Code. the transfer is immediately initiated in the respective Registry.

.FM is added to the RRPproxy. The ccTLD .FM is the country code Top-Level-Domain of the Federal State of Micronesia. Key-Systems became an accredited Registrar for this ccTLD by entering a partnership with BRS Media Inc. the official Registry for dot FM (www.dot.fm). For your information, dot FM has been online since 1998. And since then a number of high-profiled .FM radio stations and Online Internet Stations have secured their "Great Sounding Web Address like .FM". As this ccTLD being marketed for Radio and Broadcasting Services is fairly unknown in Europe, Key-Systems sees quite a lot of potential for dot FM Domain names and would like to share the profit with its RSPs. In the past a survey was conducted by domaindiscount24.com where one could clearly identify a potential within the domain market for such an ending like .TV, targeted at the TV and Movie Industry.

Key-Systems implements WEB and FTP ServicesKey-Systems adds new Web and FTP Services to the RRPproxy to the benefits of their RSPs (Registrar-Service-Provider).
With the WEB-Access the RSP receives additional information surrounding the Domain-Registrations on the Website of the RSPs.
- Various different Agreements (General Agreements and additional Appendixes)
- Forms (numerous payment forms, such as credit card & wire-transfer)
- Marketing (promotional items such as Logos and Banners relating to the promotion of each gTLD and ccTLD)
The FTP-Access was implemented, so that the RSP can download his invoices in .pdf Format on a monthly basis, view various reports (e.g. activity, renewal, transfer reports, etc.) and upload his pre-registrations.
