What are the requirements to become a Registrar-Service-Provider?
The requirements to become a Key-Systems RSP are:
- You run and maintain your own name servers.
- You are a registered company or organisation.
- You already manage approx. 500 Domains in your domain-portfolio
- You register between 20 and 50 new domains per month

What is the procedure to become a Registrar-Service-Provider?
In order to become an accredited RSP of Key-Systems GmbH, please proceed as follows:
- Fill in the Online Sign-Up Form
- After receipt Key-Systems will review your application
- If you fulfill the necessary requirements then you will receive an email from us with the necessary contracts to become a RSP:
a. RSP General Agreement
b. Confidentiality Agreement
c. RSP Data Info-Form
- The necessary documents must be signed and faxed to +49 (0)6332 / 791 851.
- After receipt of documents you in return will receive your access information

Now I am an accredited RSP. How can I start registering domains?
After completing the steps 1 - 5 mentioned above you have been set-up as a RSP. In order to start registering domains you have to:
- Log onto your RRPproxy-Account with the passwords you have
recieved, then kindly proceed to "REGISTRAR ADMIN" -->
"Registration Agreements" and activate the specific TLDs separately.
- Charge your account with sufficient funds, either by initiating a
bank wire-transfer or charge your own credit card through the
WebInterface.
- If you have completed both steps, then you can start registering
domains immediately.

Where can I find information related to the domain prices?
As Key-Systems GmbH has an extensive reseller network we do not publish prices on our website. After receipt of the necessary documents and you have your access information, then you can review all TLD-prices by logging onto your RRPproxy-Account. After you have logged on, kindly proceed to "QUERY LIST" --> "Zones/Prices). Here you will details on the specific TLDs, as well as prices.

What are the methods of payment in the RRPproxy?
Your account as a RSP within the RRPproxy is a so-called pre-payment account, meaning that you can only register domains, if you have a positive balance. All domains within the RRPproxy are billed in US-Dollars. We offer basically two different payment methods
- Wire-Transfer. You can initiate a wire-transfer to either our EURO
or USD account and upon receipt of payment the amount will be
entered onto your RSP-Account.(Payment by Wire Transfer
)
- Credit Card payment. Should you wish to charge you own credit card
online, then this can be done easily through the WebInterface. Log
onto your RRPproxy-Account and proceed to "REGISTRAR ADMIN" -->
"Credit Card Payment" and follow the instructions. Everything is
fully auotmated and you will be able to charge your account with
sufficient funds within seconds.

How can I register domains through the RRPproxy?
Domains can either be registered in realtime through an Email-Template, Webinterface or using our perl and php APIs.

How do I receive invoices?
Key-Systems GmbH only sends invoices upon request. The invoices are generated on the fifth of the following month and placed in a special RSP-Section, where they can easily be downloaded in .pdf format.
